1. Participant Cancellation
Smt. Jayalakshmi Narasimhan Vivekananda Educational Teacher Training & Research Institute (VETRI) does not accept cancellation requests after a participant has completed registration and successfully paid the applicable programme fee.

Participants should therefore confirm their availability and obtain necessary organisational approval before completing registration and payment.

2. No Refund on Participant Cancellation
• Participant-initiated cancellation does not qualify for refund.
• Participant-initiated cancellation does not qualify for credit.
• Participant-initiated cancellation does not qualify for fee adjustment.
• Participant-initiated cancellation does not qualify for carry-forward to another programme.
• Participant-initiated cancellation does not qualify for transfer to a future programme.

3. Non-Attendance
Failure to attend a registered programme will be treated as non-attendance and will not qualify for a refund or carry-forward of the programme fee.

4. Cancellation by VETRI
VETRI reserves the right to cancel a programme due to unforeseen circumstances, force majeure events, operational requirements, administrative reasons, venue-related circumstances, resource-person or programme-related circumstances, government restrictions or directions, or other circumstances affecting the safe or effective conduct of the programme.

Where VETRI cancels a programme, registered participants will be informed through the contact details provided during registration.

Refunds, where applicable, will be governed by the VETRI Refund Policy.

5. Postponement
Where a programme is postponed rather than cancelled, further details will be communicated by VETRI to the registered participants.
